Simon and Charles offer a daily workshop in the vineyards with a view to helping you better understand Burgundy wines.  They will discuss the work that goes on in  the vines, grape varieties and the all important terroir.

For those who wish to participate in the wine workshops it is possible to do so according to the weather.

A visit of the cellar is organised daily with Patrick or Olivier LEFLAIVE. Explanations of the winemaking process, from the pressing of the grapes to bottling.

We do not offer the workshop or cellar tour on Sundays.
